Procuring Medical Marijuana

They are; Category 1 – In this category the people who apply are those suffering from severe pain or muscle spasm, from multiple sclerosis or spinal cord injury or disease. Category 2 – In this category the people who are eligible are those who suffer from incapacitating symptoms from any medical condition other than those mentioned above. If a patient is eligible under any of the two categories, then they can apply to Marijuana Medical Access Regulations or MMAR which is a Canadian company. After reviewing the application, they may or may not choose provide a license to legally access and use medical marijuana. This organization exclusively deals with the medicinal use of marijuana. A medical authority must complete and sign a medical declaration or an application form indicating a patient’s symptoms and the dosage of marijuana being prescribed. Upon being selected, they will be issued an identification card that must be presented to authorities on request.</p>
